Twelve rooms.
One bar. No hurry.
A boutique hotel and cocktail bar. An evening that rarely ends on schedule.

OUR STORY
“We kept the dark panelled walls and the long mahogany bar. Everything else, we rebuilt around them.”
Nocturne began as a private members’ club in 1924 — a place where the city’s artists, architects, and deliberate insomniacs gathered after midnight. The building changed hands three times before finding its current form.
In 2019, it was reimagined as an intimate twelve-room hotel with a cocktail bar that takes the building’s original spirit seriously. The rooms are quiet and unhurried. The bar is not.
We do not have a spa. We do not have a gym. We have very good beds, blackout curtains, and a bar programme that has been written about in places we try not to mention in our own marketing.
